Cardamom or as it also referred to in South Asian households as Green Laichey is one of the most ancient and authentic Indian herbs. It is widely used in a variety of dishes from curry to marination of BBQ and Biryani. Kissan Cardamom provides a distinct and yet not too empowering taste and aroma to the food.
