A1 Cash and Carry is committed to providing the highest quality food products; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are in original packaging and meet food safety standards.

Return Process

  Reach out to our customer service team or visit the help desk at your local warehouse to initiate the return authorization process.

  Return to Warehouse

  Bring the physical goods back to our distribution center or store location for inspection by our quality assurance team.

  Receive Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or issued as store credit within 3-5 business days.
